Company of legends: or at least we like to think so! Jan is 25, male, studying on exchange from Germany. Steph is 22, female, a student and an Ag professional. They are clean, social, and like to have a few pre drinks at home before heading out!
Location location location!: 10 minutes on public transport to the City, UQ, and Southbank. Buses and trains are practically on our door step, with the ferry and Toowong village an easy walk away.
The digs: fully furnished common areas. The bedroom requires a bed, but comes with a built in wardrobe and a desk. In apartment washer and dryer.
The fine print: $170 a week plus bills. All bills, including unlimited internet, work out to about $10 a week. $680 bond. Lease until March with possibility of renewal. Available now.
You're the one that we want: if you are a non smoker, have regular income, are clean, and like to have a bit of fun or a good chat. We'd prefer a native around our ages, so 20-28, but we are flexible for the right person
